Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products created by F&T Custom Apparel (in that they are customized specifically for the buyer), all sales are final and not eligible to be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, your order is incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Should your item be defective in any way, please reach out to us via the email below and we can begin the exchange/return process. The item must be returned with tags still attached and with the original packing slip; we will provide return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the damaged item(s) , we will notify you and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you have the choice to receive a corrected item or have your original payment method refunded. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)
