I received an email that my order has been delivered but I cannot find it.
Majority of the time this is because local delivery was chosen at checkout and your order has been delivered to the store coordinator. Your store coordinator should notify you when your order can be picked up. Please reach out to your store coordinator first to confirm whether or not they have your order before contacting us for assistance.
How will I receive my order?
Some stores you will find have the option for local delivery. If local delivery is selected upon checkout, orders are compiled and delivered to the store coordinator (someone from your team/school/organization). However, local delivery is not available for every store. Therefore, double check the banner on your store page to determine if your order is eligible for local delivery or if you have to have your order shipped directly to you. In general, your price is determined by the product(s), processing style, and quantity you purchase. Other factors such as personalization (adding names and/or numbers to your items) or special requests can also affect the total cost.

How many items do I have to order?
We can help turn your vision into a reality even if it's for just one item! There is no minimum requirement per order, though generally the more you order the lower the price per item.

How long will it take after I order to receive my order?
We strive to not only provide quailty products, but to provide a quick turnaround time. However, the processing time will vary depending on the complexity of the order (processing style, quantity of items ordered, etc.). If you are participating in one of our active fundraiser pages, check that webpage for details on how long the store will be open and when orders can be expected to be fulfilled.
What payment options do you offer?
If you're purchasing an item off of our website, there are many different payment options. For example, you may use any major credit card via ShopPay, or even PayPal.
If you reached out to us regarding a custom order for an item not already listed on our website, we accept payment via PayPal and Venmo at this time.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Due to the nature of the products created by F&T Custom Apparel (in that they are customized specifically for the buyer), all sales are final and not eligible to be returned unless the item(s) you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect in any way.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
