All items are made to order and therefore unable to be returned.

Your store has a local delivery option. Please select "local delivery" at checkout and your items will be delivered in bulk to your store coordinator. If you are unable to select local delivery but prefer this method, send an email to info@frogandtoadhollow.com and your shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Local Delivery

If you select local delivery at checkout, your order will be delivered to the store/team coordinator. They will contact you to arrange a pickup time once they have received the order.
